2023 - Present
iOS Engineer
Electronic Arts
Building Swift and SwiftUI features within a modular CLEAN architecture, covering real-time systems, reusable presentation frameworks, WebView ↔ SwiftUI bridges, and Objective-C/C++ SDK integrations, with end-to-end release ownership.
- Built the real-time social platform for comments, threaded replies, and reactions, with reliable live state sync, optimistic updates, and protection against stale or replayed events overwriting newer match state.
- Designed reusable SwiftUI presentation arbitration for toasts, sheets, and full-screen dialogs, with deterministic priority resolution and XCTest coverage.
- Own ~75% of app releases on a two-week cadence; led the World Cup 1.9.0 release independently, shipping three flagship features at ~99.8% crash-free sessions and record engagement.
- Built reusable WebView ↔ SwiftUI bridges for live web experiences, including authenticated sessions and native/web integration.
- Shipped end-to-end features: onboarding, deferred deep linking, Moments, quizzes, mini-games, analytics, and Objective-C++/C++ SDK integrations.
- Mentor engineers and interns, conduct technical interviews, and help establish AI-assisted development practices (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, MCP).
2020 - 2023
React Native Engineer
Electronic Arts
Led the development of the Racenet iOS and Android apps, serving around 920K active mobile users, with end-to-end ownership of architecture, features, and releases.
- Designed and maintained the React Native architecture, delivering features across iOS and Android from concept to release.
- Built a secure native ↔ WebView integration using OAuth 2.0, PKCE, JWT injection, and bidirectional messaging.
- Developed real-time social features with SignalR, optimistic UI, pagination, and state management.
- Created reusable game hubs and leaderboard experiences shared across multiple EA racing titles.
- Managed App Store and Google Play releases, ensuring high quality and reliable delivery.
